Fixed Asset Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Review all assets capitalized during 2026–2026 to ensure compliance with capitalization policies and accounting standards.

- Confirm that each asset has complete and accurate supporting documentation, including Excel files, invoices, and purchase orders.

- Conduct detailed reviews of asset entries to identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.

- Monitor and process the transfer of assets from Work in Progress (WIP) to in-service status, ensuring proper timing and documentation.

- Maintain organized documentation to ensure audit readiness and traceability from initial purchase to capitalization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- At least [X] years of experience in fixed asset accounting or a related area.

- Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software is highly desirable.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with data analysis.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing financial data.

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
