Qualification Profile

Bachelors of Engineering

Experience

Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

Understand the application deployment, how services communicate with each other, the database core tables.

Understand common failure points; solutions to fix these issues; create documentation/FAQ to resolve these failures.

Deploy services in multiple environments (UAT, Pre-Production) and creating new environments.

Perform daily monitoring of services and report issues immediately to SPOCs.

Perform daily End of Day and Start of Day process and bring up the UAT, Pre-Prod systems for daily use.

Write scripts to automate daily tasks.
