Human Resources Manager - HR

Job description
Were hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR at a fastpaced Food & Beverage manufacturing plant. This role is ideal for someone with union plant experience who can help stabilize the team develop talent and drive employee engagement as the site undergoes transformation.
What Youll Do
• Lead a team of 5 HR professionals 2 salaried 3 hourly)
• Support plant transformation and provide consistent HR guidance
• Build trust with union leaders and hourly workforce
• Improve communication accountability and culture
• Partner with plant leadership and report on HR metrics
• Help drive LEAN and continuous improvement efforts

What Were Looking For
• 5 years of HR leadership in a unionized CPG or Food & Beverage plant
• Strong people leadership during times of change
• Experience working with unions and plant leadership
• Confident presenting HR data and insights to senior leaders
• Background in LEAN/CI environments is a plus
