QA/QC Executive

Quality Lab:

a. ICP OES: complete handling with reporting and maintenance.

b. Proximate: Ash, Crude fat and crude fiber.

c. LECO: Complete handling and maintenance.

d. Enzymes: Phytase, Protease, Cellulase and B50.

e. Karl fisher for Sal-Zap and Mold-Zap.

f. Microbiology: Yeast count, contamination test and Swab test.

h. Moisture and pH

j. Calibration of all the instruments

Online QA:

a. Monitoring the facility and process Lines and glass register.

b. Label Printing

c. Verification of all the documents.

d. Collecting the Finished goods and Raw Material samples.

e. Plant Audit

f. Lab management and costing

Other Responsibilities:

a. Sample accounted, acknowledged and giving lead time for internal analysis and sending samples for external analysis if required.

b. Acknowledging other country samples and Sending samples for other countries for analysis.

c. Responsible for Retention samples.

d. Facing Internal Audit and helping for ISO22000 and FAMI QS audit.

e. Presentation for guys working in facility.

Secondary Responsibility:

a. Issuing COA, COC and COA/MBM

b. Reporting test results. Coordination with various department

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
