About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Python Backend Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. As an entry-level developer, you will assist in building and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance, containerized deployments, and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend code using Python.
• Assist in developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
• Build and manage Linux-based environments and support deployments using Docker containers.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing.
• Maintain clear documentation for systems and processes.

Required Skills:
• Good understanding of Python and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask or Django.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Understanding of REST APIs and web development fundamentals.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:
• Personal or academic projects demonstrating backend development.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration tools like Docker Compose or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security and data protection best practices.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/Btech/MCA/MSC) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
