We’re scouting for a Duty Manager who calls the plays, supports the squad and makes sure every customer experience is a win.


Key Plays:

Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running smoothly
Train and motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
What you’ll bring:

Hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
A passion for creating epic customer experiences and building a buzzing venue
