Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Projects)

Location: Hartlepool (TS25)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer (Projects) to lead and deliver high-value engineering projects (£100k–£5m) that enhance site efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This is an opportunity to work on major capital projects, introduce innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on a world-class industrial operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and deliver complex electrical projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans (scope, timelines, budgets) and manage stakeholder coordination.
• Create and review electrical designs, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Support asset improvement initiatives and planned maintenance strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of industrial, heavy engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
