Job Title : UX/UI Designer
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Location : Ahmedabad (Only Local Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Create branding elements such as logos, banners, reels, and social media marketing creatives.
• Develop responsive designs optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform usability.
• Convert designs from Figma, Adobe XD, and PSD to clean, well-structured HTML/CSS.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and seamless implementation.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experience.
• Ensure consistency in visual language, typography, spacing, and color usage across all design elements.

• Timely delivery of high-quality UI/UX designs for ongoing projects.
• Positive user feedback on interface usability and aesthetics.
• Reduction in bounce rate and improved session time through effective design.
• Increase in social media engagement through visually appealing creatives.
• Seamless handoff of design assets to development teams with proper documentation.
• Implementation of accessible design practices ensuring WCAG compliance where applicable.
Must-Have Skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe InDesign.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and visual composition.
• Excellent command of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and Bootstrap framework.
• Hands-on experience with converting PSD/Figma/XD designs to HTML.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience in both web and mobile application design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have (Optional) Skills
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools.
