Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Lead who is passionate about building high-quality applications and leading by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals who enjoy both coding and mentoring while working on scalable, enterprise-grade web and desktop applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the architecture, design, development, and deployment of robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
• Provide technical direction and resolve complex development challenges.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Software Development
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, WinForms, and Angular.
• Build scalable client-side and server-side architecture.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management
• Design and manage SQL Server databases.
• Develop stored procedures, triggers, and indexing strategies.
• Optimize SQL queries for high performance.
System Design & Integration
• Work with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices.
• Implement effective error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Project Management for seamless delivery.
Required Technical Skills
• ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework, MVC, WinForms, C#
• Angular (latest versions), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• SQL Server: Stored Procedures, Triggers, Indexing, Query Optimization
• RESTful API Development and Integration
• Entity Framework, LINQ, Dependency Injection
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Understanding of best practices in desktop application architecture
