We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team, specializing in preparing dosas according to our franchise’s unique menu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for South Indian cuisine, a deep understanding of dosa preparation techniques, and experience in maintaining quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of dosas per the franchise's menu specifications.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

- Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in dosa or South Indian cuisine.

- Knowledge of different dosa varieties and preparation methods.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.
