Director (AI Platform)

A leading AI/ ML fintech is looking for a Director (AI Platform) with hands-on experience of building SaaS platform, combined with a command of GenAI /Agentic architectures, and Conversational AI. The candidate will have a deep understanding of LLMs/ SLMs, RAG, VectorDB, Knowledge Graph, LangChain etc. Finance domain experience is desirable but not essential. Overall technology experience of 10-12 years is preferred, but there is flexibility around seniority and job title. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities include:

a) Conceptualize and architect the AI-native, agentic platform for our clients, deployable on-prem or over cloud.

b) Lead hands-on platform development, working with a pool of data scientists, product manager, software engineers, QA engineers, UX designer, and finance domain experts.

c) Collaborate with cloud and AI companies such as AWS, IBM, OpenAI etc as needed

d) Engage with clients for requirement gathering and platform delivery

e) Research and evolve the platform to keep it relevant to internal and external needs.

f) Contribute to other GenAI projects as may be needed from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹9,500,000.00 per year
