Property Manager – Full-time Position

About the Role:
All Seasons is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Chatswood, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing returns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including communication with tenants, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and processing rent payments.
Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
Advertise and market properties to attract new tenants, conduct property viewings, and oversee the leasing process.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to landlords.
Work closely with the wider team to contribute to the success of the business.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably within the residential sector.
Strong knowledge of Residential Leasing and Property Management, including relevant legislation and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in property management software and online platforms.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to properties as required.
