Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Surfers Paradise team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking & cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
Cross-sales

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation

All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History before commencement.
