Full job description
Active Service Always - Process sales, refunds and exchanges

Process faulty goods returns and repairs in Solvup

Answer phone calls and direct to relevant Team Member or Leader

Complete customer collection of pick up/direct to boot orders,

refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

Process lay-bys, including initiating, payments, finalisation, and

cancellations

Maintain the lay-by storage area

Pick orders in time to meet the home delivery cut off windows

Ensure picked articles are in good condition and are not damaged

or soiled

Place complete orders in the packing area

Place incomplete orders in the review area

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.45 per hour
