Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging Hindi lessons tailored to the developmental level of primary school students.
- Use innovative teaching methods and resources, including visual aids, interactive activities, and storytelling, to keep students engaged.
- Teach key language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Hindi.
- Curriculum Implementation:
- Follow the school’s prescribed curriculum and ensure the content is delivered effectively and timely.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing extra help when necessary.
- Focus on building students' vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, and communication skills.
- Assessment & Feedback:
- Regularly assess student progress through written tests, oral presentations, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their performance and areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student evaluations and progress.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement positive reinforcement strategies to promote student engagement and cooperation.
- Address any behavioral issues calmly and effectively, maintaining an atmosphere of respect.
- Student Support & Motivation:
- Provide individual attention to students who may require extra support in understanding concepts.
- Foster an enthusiasm for the Hindi language by incorporating fun, culturally enriching activities.
- Encourage students to participate actively in class discussions, group work, and language activities.
- Parental Communication:
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and discuss strategies for student improvement.
- Provide updates on students’ achievements, challenges, and learning milestones.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with teaching methods, trends, and developments related to Hindi language instruction.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and school training sessions to enhance professional skills.
• Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification (B.Ed or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting, particularly in Hindi language instruction, is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent command of Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive, motivating, and interactive learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.
- Familiarity with using digital tools and technology in the classroom is an asset.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
