What we are looking for:

It’s an exciting time - due to program and hardware updates, we’re looking for an IT Support Deployment Officer to join our high performing IT Support team through to end of June 2026. You’ll be responsible for triaging helpdesk requests, user account management, and deploying devices.


What your day will look like:

Installing computer hardware and software as required
Managing corporate systems and network user permissions
Recording and tracing IT assets
Providing a high level of customer service

What you’ll need for success:

Experience installing PC hardware and strong computer skills
Strong communications skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non technical audience
Ability to carry transport PC hardware
Record keeping skills
