Education

• B.Tech / BE

Relevant Experience

• 6-8 years of experience preferably in the field of jewellery

1. Leadtime reduction

· Zero base approach for lead time

· Reduction of lead time by 50% overall as measured from the date of order release to the date of deposit of products to the stores

· Reduced overall LT

2. Delivery performance

· Ensuring 100% due date performance of regular and MTO orders

· Ensuring delivery of proto as per commitment

· Enhancing bulk collection delivery performance

· On time delivery

3. Deploying strategic initiatives
