Overview
We are seeking a Cook/kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as experience in a kitchen environment.

Although experience is not necessary as training will be given on the job we do ask that you have a love for street food and all things messy!

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
