Full job description
Assist pastry chefs in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and desserts

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

Decorate pastries and desserts with precision and creativity

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen

Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely

Monitor inventory and report shortages to the chef

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Assist with plating and presentation of desserts

Help with receiving and storing pastry supplies

Support the team during busy service periods
