Marketing Executive – Maternity Cover (6–9 Months, Office-Based, Kingston Upon Thames)
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading brands in the beauty industry to find a Marketing executive for a maternity cover contract.
This role requires both the design and implementation of digital content.
The successful applicant will be a fantastic designer, ideally coming from the beauty, fashion, consumer goods or luxury lifestyle industry.
The Role
You’ll collaborate across departments to produce high-quality creative assets for a wide variety of campaigns.
From digital screens and social media to print collateral and website updates, you’ll deliver engaging, on-brand content that supports marketing, retail, recruitment, and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Design digital assets for email, CRM, websites, social media, and in-salon displays
• Produce print materials such as posters, press releases, and promotional leaflets
• Edit and maintain website content using CMS (WordPress)
• Assist with CRM and email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp
• Create and adapt imagery and video for multiple digital formats
• Liaise with printers and suppliers for asset production
• Support events and occasional out-of-hours activity as needed
Skills and Experience Required
• 4+ years in a similar digital design or creative marketing role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Solid experience creating content for multiple digital platforms
• Confident using CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic CRM tools
• Strong attention to detail, layout, and brand consistency
• Organised, collaborative, and adaptable
Desirable
• Understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media content strategy
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools
• Experience within the hair, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
