About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling digital performance campaigns across Paid Social, SEM (Google), Retail Media (Criteo), Affiliate and emerging channels like CTV. This is a highly executional, hands-on-keyboard role that blends tactical media buying with strategic experimentation to drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and analytical thinker, with a deep knowledge of digital platforms and a bias for action. You’ll be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution from setup to optimization and will partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, creative strategy, and revenue targets.
This role will report into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with brand, creative, eCommerce, and analytics stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms, with a focus on performance and full-funnel coverage (upper, mid, and lower).
Execute and optimize Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, continuously refining keyword strategy, bidding models, and ad copy.
Launch and scale Retail Media campaigns, including Criteo and other platforms, to support omnichannel growth.
Support emerging channels like CTV through campaign setup, audience segmentation, and vendor collaboration.
Analyze campaign data regularly to identify performance drivers, areas for optimization, and scalable growth opportunities.
Develop, brief, and iterate on creative strategies in collaboration with internal creative and brand teams.
Maintain always-on testing frameworks across targeting, creative, and funnel stages to accelerate learnings.
Prepare and present clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and competitive activity to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns; strong command of Meta Ads Manager required.
Proven executional experience with Google Ads (Search & PMAX); knowledge of best practices in bidding, structure, and creative.
Experience with Retail Media Networks like Criteo, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
Comfortable working with large datasets and using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, TripleWhale, Looker Studio) to inform decisions.
Strong A/B and multivariate testing experience with a data-driven, experimental mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities.
