Job Title: Team Lead – Paid Ads & WhatsApp Automation Expert
Location: Onsite – Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹60,000 (In-hand, per month)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – Paid Ads & WhatsApp Automation Expert to join our performance marketing team in Jaipur. This is a leadership role focused on managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, along with strategizing and executing WhatsApp automation using tools like AiSensy, Pabbly, and WATI.
You’ll be responsible for handling client accounts, managing a team of ad specialists and interns, and delivering performance-driven results for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Ad Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure high ROI
• Write compelling ad copies, select the right creatives, and run A/B tests
• WhatsApp Automation:
• Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like AiSensy, Pabbly Connect, and WATI
• Segment audiences and send personalized broadcast campaigns
• Integrate CRMs, lead forms, and ad tools for seamless communication flow
• Team Leadership:
• Guide and supervise a team of ad executives and interns
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Conduct team training and performance reviews
• Client & Strategy:
• Communicate with clients to understand business goals and align marketing strategies
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvement strategies
• Keep up with trends, platform updates, and automation best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Automation tools like AiSensy, Pabbly, and WATI
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Jaipur, Rajasthan
