Job Title: Retail POS Developer
About the Role

This is a 6-month + extendable contract for a Retail POS Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying customisations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy customisations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS.
• Provide technical and functional support for the POS application.
• Participate in POS rollouts to new locations.
• Design and develop modifications/extensions to the standard POS application.
• Code, unit test, and document solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and support specialists.
• Provide technical input for functional specifications.
• Participate in data migration and integration projects.
• Test modifications for accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing.
• Provide work estimates for planning.
• Ensure smooth operation of the POS system.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail solution deployments.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Commerce applications, MPOS, and CPOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft development techniques and best practices.
• Ability to plan and execute unit testing.
• Knowledge of .NET, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to customize Commerce payment connectors and migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK.
• Experience customizing Retail POS using Commerce SDK.
