As a sister company to Half Hitch Brewing Company, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We're currently seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Greenwich location, right next to the North West Calgary Farmer's Market. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and outgoing individual eager to dive deeper into the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate thrives on guest interactions and takes pride in delivering top-notch customer service within a collaborative team setting. Passionate about craft beer and culinary creativity, they're ready to embrace our unique pizza creations while taking the lead on the floor. This is a hands-on managerial role, requiring flexibility to serve, host, or craft pizzas as needed to support our bustling business.


Summary of Position:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll help spearhead the day-to-day operations of our Greenwich store, ensuring alignment with our company philosophy and adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.


The ideal candidate enjoys mingling with guests, brings a calm energy to the team, and prioritizes excellent service and teamwork. They appreciate craft beer and our unique pizzas, and they're willing to pitch in wherever needed, whether it's serving or tossing dough.


Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of proven food and beverage supervisory and/or management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Ability to lead and engage with diverse teams
Commitment to personal presentation and guest satisfaction
Capacity to handle manual tasks involving reasonable weight lifting
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
