The Position: Low Rise Window Cleaning Technician

What You Will Do:

Complete exterior and interior cleaning jobs and provide exceptional customer service. Our services include window, screen, track and gutter cleaning, as well as pressure and soft washing.
Reach daily productivity goals.
Excel in a team environment.
Operate, maintain and store our equipment in a professional manner.
Collect payment from customers operating a payment terminal.
Participate in marketing activities (delivering door hangers, setting up lawn signs, requesting Google Reviews, etc.)
Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training.

What You Will Get:

A consistent 8 am - 4 pm schedule.
A living wage (between $19-$24/hr+Tips, depending on experience and productivity)

Contract length: 4 months (August - November 2026).

Job Types: Full Time Contract With Potential For Extension.

Hourly Rate: $19-$24 + Tips.

Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Tips, Vacation pay (4%), Other Incentives

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
