About the role

As a Retail Sales Manager at OBriens Clothing Co', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Manning, WA. This is a full-time position that requires leadership, customer service, and business acumen to drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Provide coaching and support to sales associates to help them reach their full potential
Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing to customers
Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the store team
What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
No rosters required.
