Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Infra Admin to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
Responsibilities:
• IT Infrastructure Management Knowledge Networking, Sever Management, Microsoft Azure, End User Computing.
• All security related questions are handled and involve other teams as necessary to meet the desired result. Our objective is to check, improve & guarantee the quality of security administration
• Manage and govern contracts and SOPs IT Policies Responsible for Firewall Management, Intrusion Management, Antivirus, Patch Management, Security Management.
• Responsible for designing, specifying, configuring, installing, and maintaining LAN/WAN hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
• Work closely with other staff as needed to achieve needed IT administration and support.
• Test and install software upgrades and new hardware.
• Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with the established processes, and procedures.
• Submit and track tickets, tasks, changes; provide advice, guidance and direction to solution architects and customers.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as an IT Admin or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel
• BE/BTech (CS/ Electronics/ Electrical) or Diploma or MCA / Masters in IT Field
• Experience in working with ISO security standard is mostly preferable
• Work experience preferably in a start-up environment
