Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically curious individual to join our Security Testing and Incident Response Team as a Junior cyber Security Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in cybersecurity and a strong desire to grow in penetration testing and security consulting.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
Learn and assist in performing: network penetration testing, web and mobile application security assessments, wireless network assessments
Develop foundational skills in scripting, tooling, and methodologies to support security testing processes
Prepare and deliver accurate technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations
Present findings to clients, including both technical teams and executives
Ensure timely delivery of solutions and consulting engagements in line with contract terms and industry best practices
Participate in client meetings to support the presentation and disclosure of findings
Support project execution and help triage issues that may arise during engagements
Communicate security risks and findings clearly and confidently to clients
Collaborate with and learn from senior team members, contribute to a positive team environment
Critical Qualifications
University degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience
1–3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Network penetration testing, Web or mobile application testing, Software development (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, etc.)
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity (e.g., participation in security competitions is a plus)
Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, etc., are a plus but not required
Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of offensive security

Additional Requirements
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
