IT Assistant

An IT technical network support job involves providing technical assistance to organizations in managing and maintaining their computer network systems. The main responsibility of an IT technical network support specialist is to ensure that the network systems are working efficiently and securely.
- Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

2. Interact with staff to resolve system problems related to software and hardware issues

3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

5. Knowledge of network connectivity including switches, routers, firewall and servers

6. Ensure network security by implementing security protocols, performing regular backups.
- Skills

1. Technical knowledge of network protocol, hardware and software

2. The ability to identify problems, research solutions, and implement fixes

3. Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.

• Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
