Fashion Design & Product Development Intern (Summer 2026)

Location:

Remote – preference for California, New York, or Miami

Heiress is a digitally native fashion brand focused on elevated essentials and modern occasionwear. Our pieces are designed to make women feel confident, polished, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with moodboard creation for upcoming collections
• Help prepare tech packs and design briefs for manufacturers
• Research fabrics, trims, and production options
• Support fittings, sample tracking, and spec reviews
• Maintain organized design archives and sample inventory
• Contribute creative ideas to seasonal collection development

What We’re Looking For:
• Currently studying or recent graduate in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and basic patternmaking
• Basic Adobe Illustrator skills (for tech sketches preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for elevated minimalism, high-quality fashion, and branding

Bonus if you have:
• Experience assisting in fittings or working directly with manufacturers
• Interest in luxury fashion, slow fashion, or sustainability
