HR Recruitment

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist based in Jalandhar. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting top talent. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting candidate assessments, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the onboarding process. The HR Recruitment Specialist will also oversee training initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
