Job Title: Digital Marketer

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
Job Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, etc.)
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Design performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI
• Create and manage content calendars, email marketing campaigns, and newsletters
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies and website updates in coordination with content and tech teams
• Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets (banners, videos, reels, etc.)
• Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
• Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and retargeting
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with content marketing and web tools (WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
Nice to Have:
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships
