Role Overview

The Assistant Fashion Designer will play a crucial role in supporting our design team to bring creative ideas to life.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Collaborate with pattern masters to create designs for various textiles and assist in the development of fashion design concepts.
Consumer Alignment: Understand consumer needs and preferences to inform design decisions.
Graphic Support: Assist in producing graphic and digital content, and coordinate with graphic designers.
Production Coordination: Oversee sampling, collection development, and production processes.
Sourcing and Partnerships: Support sourcing regional producers for accessories and items, and provide design support as needed.
Communication: Coordinate with celebrity stylists, influencers, media, and key opinion leaders for custom designs and placements.
Shoot Assistance: Help teams with briefing, managing, and coordinating with creatives for photo and video shoots.
Requirements:

Experience in Embroidery and Fashion Design.
Understanding of Fitting techniques.
Proficiency in working with Textiles and Fashion production.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
