Duration: 3 months (performance-based PPO possible)

Brand Scale-Up Inc. is seeking Advertising & Production Operations Interns to support our video content and production team. This role offers hands-on exposure to advertising shoot logistics, actor coordination, on-set support, and content creation workflows. Ideal for freshers looking to break into the creative or advertising industry.

Responsibilities
• Scout for suitable shoot locations (BNBs, cafés, outdoor spaces)
• Coordinate with talent agencies and assist with actor and influencer shortlisting & auditions
• Support wardrobe styling and outfit coordination for shoots
• Handle production logistics including props, equipment, and crew support
• Assist during shoot days to ensure timely execution and smooth operations
• Collaborate with the content, creative, and production teams on set and off
