We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in the administration and education of vaccines and injections. This position involves providing essential healthcare services to patients.

Position Responsibilities

Administer a variety of vaccines following established protocols and guidelines.
Ensure proper dosage, storage, and administration techniques.
Maintain accurate vaccination records.
Assess patients' medical history and any contraindications for vaccinations.
Provide thorough education and information about vaccine benefits and potential side effects.
Address patient questions and concerns regarding vaccines.
Administer various non-vaccine injections, including medications and therapies.
Adhere to safe injection practices and maintain detailed record
Required Qualifications

Current state licensure to vaccinate.
Experience in administering vaccines and injections.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Proficient in maintaining accurate medical records.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel to off-site locations and conduct in-home visits.
