Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SQL + ETL Developer with intermediate Power BI experience to join our Reporting COE team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SQL database development, ETL processes, and data visualization, as well as proficiency in using Power BI to transform business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Database Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency across large datasets.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across SQL databases.

ETL Development:
• Design, implement, and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move and transform data from various source systems into target data warehouses or databases.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL workflows to ensure smooth and accurate data integration.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Power BI Reporting and Visualization:
• Develop interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Transform business requirements into dynamic Power BI reports that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.

Required Skills and Experience:
• SQL Development: 5-8 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• ETL Tools: 5-8 years of Strong experience with ETL tools (such as SSIS or ADF) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Power BI Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (intermediate level), including creating reports, dashboards, and data models. Proficient in Power BI DAX expressions, Power Query, and integrating Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Excel, etc.)
