Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Executive at PactPulse Solutions, you will be located in our Jaipur office and join our team in a full-time role. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing. You will utilize your expertise to drive results through paid advertising channels and help optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Mandatory skill).

Strong knowledge and practical experience with Facebook Ads (Mandatory skill).

Expertise in campaign optimization techniques to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.

Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.

Proficient in paid social strategies to maximize reach and engagement across social media platforms.

Familiarity with programmatic advertising and its integration into comprehensive marketing strategies.

Experience in display advertising to create impactful, visual ad campaigns that capture audience attention.

Strong lead generation skills to drive high-quality traffic and conversions for client campaigns.

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms, ensuring best practice execution.

Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Experiment with new and creative growth strategies to improve overall marketing efficiency.

Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and enhance performance marketing efforts.

Ensure strict adherence to budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI from marketing activities.

Maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
