Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer – Java & React

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over both frontend (React.js) and backend (Java Spring Boot) technologies and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient code for both client and server sides.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD pipeline management.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
• Deep understanding of front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.).

Good to Have:
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to GraphQL or WebSockets.

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
