Ventilation Installation Improver

Location: Uxbridge, UB Postcode

Salary: £30,000 p/a starting, increasing to £36,000 after 6 months. Following 12 months of successful service, you will move onto an OTE scheme worth up to £9,000 p/a, giving a total potential of £45,000 per annum.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking to recruit a Ventilation Installation Improver to join our growing Installations division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified individual early in their electrical career to gain hands-on experience in a field-based role, working alongside experienced engineers to install Envirovent’s domestic ventilation systems.

What’s the role about?
• Installing Envirovent’s domestic ventilation products in occupied homes.
• Learning through practical, on-the-job experience alongside experienced Installers
• Following a six-month development plan tailored to bring you up to full Installer level
• Gradual progression from paired installs to solo jobs once competence is assessed
• Occasional extended travel or overnight stays may be required (all expenses paid)
• Daily completion of digital job reports via tablet

What are we looking for in our Ventilation Installation Improvers?
• Level 2 Electrical Installation qualification 2330 OR 2365 (Essential)
• 18th Edition (Essential)
• 2391 or 2392 Desirable
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• A keen attitude to learn and develop as part of a growing team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confidence in dealing with customers in occupied homes
• Basic IT skills (for completing daily reports and training modules)
