Full job description
Warren Lodge is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic Team. The hotel is located in Iconic Church Square

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly
- Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and back of house

Requirements:

- Be able to take payments using a PDQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed
