Position: Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Jr (Part-Time)
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data into our databases and systems.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, ensuring the integrity of the information.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather data and ensure its completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in data analysis and report generation to support decision-making processes.
• Help improve and optimize data entry workflows and processes for greater efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related fields is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
