Full job description
This temporary position will be for no more than three months - Pay 24-32/hour (depending on experience)
Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable is responsible for applying principles of accounting to maintain financial records and prepare financial reports within a corporate environment.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Prepare and enter accounts payable batches into the system for payment.
Compile and verify inventory counts three times a month for projections and month-end reporting.
Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
