Job description
Job Requirements
• The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in hand calculations and have a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals.
• Proficient in performing steady state and transient thermal analysis.
• Extensive experience in analytical calculations of bolted/welded constructions.
• Proven expertise in defining contacts, conducting nonlinear analysis, vibration analysis, buckling analysis, etc.
• Thorough understanding of high-cycle fatigue (HCF), low-cycle fatigue (LCF), creep, and fracture mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical solutions and engage in reviews with both internal and external customers.
• Strong experience in writing analysis reports and certification reports.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries to our development projects.

Work Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical engineering with 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience in Wind Turbine is preferred.
• Proficiency in FE tools like ANSYS (Classic/workbench) is a must.
• Expertise in providing design solutions for mechanical components through the utilization of finite element analysis (FEA).
• Knowledge of the structural design of large castings, welded structures, and forged components.
• Exposure to international standards on safety and mechanical design.
• Good understanding of the complete product life cycle.
