Job description
Seeking Engineering freshers from BE/BTECH - CS/IS/IT education with strong exposure to Angular 17 or later versions and strong focus to build a successful UI/UX and Web Application development career.

About the Company:

TalentMicro(www.talentmicro.com), the next generation software startup(4 year old startup) in building Cloud and AI Based applciations in Workforce Business domain called TALLITE Cloud Suite and a HR focused GPT platform called TalliteGPT(www.tallitegpt.com).

Mandatory Skills/Eligibility Criteria:
• Optimum and high performance programming logic building skills for a given complex algorithms and functional requirements
• Solid exposure to Angular 17 to 20 versions alongwith HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, RxJS etc..
• Complete knowledge of bulding a professional user interface
• Must hav ecompleted BE/Btech in CS, IS or IT specialization to joing a highly complex product development role.

Opportunity:

This opportunty is for freshers who want to achive leadership in UI Development using Angular 20 and ready to undergo a free of cost training for about 2 months, supported by experienced Angualr Developers and then go through shortlisting process for the full time roles.

Note: Only those successful candidates in training assistance will go through full-time job selection process.

Compensation:

Trainign support is provided free of cost. Candidate msut be a champion in self learning with directions given by the senior engineer. After training, selected candiaate will be enrolled into 3 month trainee role with a stipend of Rs.15000 for onsite attendance in case the candidate gets selected or in case fo exceptional performance during training then directly enrolled into full time role with a salary of Rs.4.8 Lakhs to Rs.5.4 Lakhs gross salary/PA based on the skill-level of the selected candidates.
