Civil plumber

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Experienced Civil Plumber to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Foreman to install and length of underground civil piping systems, including water, sewer, and storm lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil plumbing, trenching, pipe laying, and reading construction plans. Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Install underground piping systems.
work with excavator to backfill trenches using hand tools or machinery as required.
Ensure proper alignment and grading of pipes before installation.
Assist in preparing job sites, including setting up laser levels and trench boxes.
Safely operate equipment and tools related to plumbing and trench work.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Experience & Qualifications

Civil plumbing or pipe-laying experience.
Ability to read and interpret site drawings and utility plans.
Experience working around heavy equipment and in trench environments.
Familiarity with different types of pipe materials (PVC, HDPE, ductile, etc.).
Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
