Whom Are We Looking For?

A technically competent and self-motivated Assistant Manager – Technical Sales to lead solution-oriented B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA (Marketing/Tech Management)
Exposure to robotics, IoT, or prototyping platforms
Experience with technical demos, RFQs, or custom solution development
Familiarity with industry exhibitions, trade shows, or technical workshops
Leadership experience in a small sales or application engineering team
Nice to Have

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technical discipline

· Demonstrated interest in robotics, IoT, or electronics innovations

· Prior experience in managing a small sales team or handling strategic accounts

· Exposure to trade fairs, technical expos, or industry networking events

What We Offer

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
