Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with expertise in Indian ethnic wear and kidswear to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional aesthetics and modern trends, with hands-on experience in designing collections from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design fresh and innovative collections for Indian ethnic wear (sarees, suits, lehengas, kurtas) and kidswear (for both boys and girls).
• Develop sketches, concepts, and mood boards aligned with seasonal fashion trends.
• Select appropriate fabrics, color palettes, embroideries, and trims in accordance with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the sampling and production teams to ensure design accuracy and high-quality output.
• Keep abreast of emerging fashion trends, particularly within the ethnic and kidswear markets.
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle from ideation to the final product.
