About the Role:
Are you a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations and provide exceptional pharmaceutical services in a thriving community pharmacy located in Richmond, British Columbia.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of pharmacists, support staff
Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards
Provide clinical services including medication reviews, immunizations, and patient counseling — no quotas
Optimize pharmacy workflow and inventory management
Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with WinRx pharmacy management software is an asset — training will be provided to the right candidate
Authorization to administer immunizations
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is considered an asset, but not required
