Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in amplifying our presence, engaging diverse audiences, and driving the growth of our holistic well-being services.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies & campaigns that align with our mission and objectives.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Content Development: Support the creation of compelling content that resonates with our audience and promotes our services.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Services Promotion: Coordinate marketing efforts for services to maximize results.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Skills: Proficiency in strategic marketing, digital marketing tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
