Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team at our Chennai office (OMR, Navalur). The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operational expertise, a passion for people management, and a proven track record of handling end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment & HR Operations:

Source, screen, and onboard top talent while managing daily HR activities smoothly.
• Payroll & Compensation:

Administer monthly payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure timely compensation.
• Employee Relations & Compliance:

Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Training & Appraisals:

Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and periodic performance appraisals.
• Administrative & Strategic Support:

Handle general administrative functions and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and payroll systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
